Which countries do you ship to?
Currently we only ship to UK and ROI.

Can I place the order online and pick it up in your shop?
Unfortunately its only online sales at the moment but this will be available when we reopen the Distillery Visitor Centre.

How much are your shipping costs?
Our delivery charges will depend on your chosen delivery address and the timescale in which you wat to receive the order delivered. This will appear at the end of the order process before you pay for any goods.

How do you package your products for delivery?
We use a combination of bubble wrap and boxes that are specific to the whiskey order to ensure all goods arrive safely and in perfect condition.

Can I order now for a delayed delivery date closer to a special occasion or Christmas?
Yes if you would like your order delivered on a certain day or a not before date please add these instructions into the notes field when you checkout online or send us an email once you have placed your order. Please remember to include your Order number when making contact.

Can I pay by PayPal?
We currently accept Visa and MasterCard and Bank Debit cards. We are constantly reviewing the best services for payment.

How long will my order take?
Delivery to Ireland and the UK will normally take 2/3 working days. Please be aware that courier services may take slightly longer than normal due to COVID restrictions.

How will my order be delivered?
We use a courier service for your order. This will ensure that you receive a fast and efficient service from us. You will also receive a tracking number on your order, so you monitor the progress of your shipment.

What happens if my order gets lost/damaged?
Every order has its own unique tracking number, and any lost damaged orders will be investigated with the courier service. We will always endeavour to replace lost/ damaged orders ASAP to avoid any unnecessary delays to you.
